Both the learned counsel for the parties submit that parties to the litigation i.e. appellants-claimants and insurance companyrespondent No.3 have entered into compromise and terms of the compromise have also been filed before this Court.
This Court finds that the matter does not require any adjudication on merits and the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties.
The compromise may be treated as part of this order.
