An application has been filed by the appellants seeking withdrawal of the appeal.
Learned counsel for the appellants seek withdrawal of the appeal and also makes a prayer for permission to file fresh, if occasion arises.
Insofar as, the permission to seek withdrawal of the appeal is concerned, the same is granted. However, the permission to file fresh, in case occasion arises, the prayer is not maintainable and as such the same is declined.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
