The present first appeal was filed alongwith S.B. Civil Leave to Appeal No.5/2015. However, inadvertently the same was registered by the office and notices were ordered to be issued by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the appeal as well.
However, as the leave to appeal has been rejected, the appeal is also, therefore, dismissed.
The court fees paid by the appellant, be refunded to the appellant.
