Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that when the contempt petition was disposed of on 07.02.2020, he could not point out that the order under consideration had not been duly complied with qua petitioner No.3, inasmuch as the post in college, where the petitioner No.3 was working, already stood filled.
Since the contempt petition No.656/2019 was filed conjointly by three petitioners, instead of entertaining the present application, this Court deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition with proper pleadings.
With the aforesaid liberty, the present application stands disposed of.
