Mr. Purohit, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that though the petitioner has retired on 29.02.2020, his retiral benefits have neither been calculated nor anything has been paid to him. He submits that retiral benefits appears to have been withheld in wake of pending inquiry, which was initiated vide memorandum of charges dated 29.04.2015.
Without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the competent authority/ inquiry officer of the respondent No.1 to conclude the inquiry as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today.
The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
