The petitioner has preferred the present contempt petition alleging non-compliance of the order dated 20.07.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite directions issued to respondent – NCT to grant recognition to the petitioner, it has not granted the recognition.

A perusal of the record reveals that by way of minutes of meeting dated 28^th to 30^th August, 2019, the competent Committee has asked for requisite details and raised serious issues/concerns in relation to petitioner’s recognition.

In this view of the matter, it cannot be said that the respondents have flouted the order passed by this Court, particularly when this Court had only given directions to “ process the petitioners’ application for grant of approval ”.

The contempt petition is, therefore, dismissed.
