Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sentence of the appellant has been suspended vide order dt.23.10.2019 by this Court. It is further submitted that on account of conviction, service of the appellant has been terminated vide order dt.22.10.2019 without any notice, therefore, conviction recorded by the trial court may be stayed.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to stay the conviction order qua the applicant-Pramod Kumar S/o Puran.
