The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.212/2020 registered at Police Station Halena, District Bharatpur for the offence(s) under Sections 420 and 120B IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the directions of this court dt.10.9.2020, petitioners have deposited the entire amount with the Bank and procure NOC but without expressing any final opinion on the merit and de-merit of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the accusedpetitioners.

Consequently, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

The SHO/IO/Arresting Authority, Police Station Halena, District Bharatpur in FIR No.212/2020 is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners namely (1) Fateh Singh S/o Sohanpal; (2) Dinesh S/o Hareti and (3) Sahab Singh S/o

Hareti, they shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to his satisfaction on the following conditions :-

(i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

¶21

(ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
