After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed for. In the event of appeal being filed by the petitioner, the Tribunal while considering the fact of delay is expected to take note of the fact of pendency of writ petition before this court.
