While informing that petitioners’ registration application in compliance of interim order dated 3.7.2020 has been allowed, Mr. Khileree, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners apprehend that their candidature would be rejected as they are having B.Sc (MLT) degree, whereas, the advertisement in question requires Diploma in MLT as requisite educational qualification.

Mr. Mehta and Mr. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that petitioners’ apprehension is misplaced and petitioners’ grievance is premature as no final decision has been taken by the respondent regarding petitioners’ eligibility.

Having regard to submissions made, the present writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.

Needless to observe that the respondent-Board shall consider petitioners’ educational qualification in accordance with law so also Division Bench judgment of this court in the case of Bajrang Lal & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : DBSAW No.21/2016, decided on 5.8.2016.

If any of the petitioners’ grievance regarding their educational qualification still survives, they shall be free to file a fresh writ petition.
