This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-

It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and be

further pleased to direct the respondents that the petitioners be given appointment on the post of Teacher Grade-III and:

i) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof thereby, the respondents be directed to same benefits which was given in vide judgment and order dated 08.01.2020 in the case of D.B. SAW No. 908/2017 titled as Namonarayan Sharma & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. ii) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof thereby, directions be issued to the respondents to give appointment to the petitioner on the post of Teacher Grade III because the petitioner have secured more marks than the candidates who are already working.

Iii) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof thereby, direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment according to the report of expert committee by which the marks of the petitioner have been increased and they have secured more marks than the candidates who were been appointment. iv) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof thereby, the action of the respondents may kindly be declared illegal by which they are not giving appointment to the humble petitioners. v) Pass any other appropriate order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favor of the petitioners.

Any other appropriate interim relief, which is deemed just and proper by the Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be passed in the favor of the humble petitioners.

year 2012 and the petitioner has filed the writ petition in the year 2020 after a delay of 8 years.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed

on the ground of delay and laches.
