This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with
the following prayer:-
It is therefore, respectfully prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and i) by an appropriate writ, order or direction the impugned order dated 1.6.2016 passed by the respondent No. 4 may kindly be quashed and set aside;
ii) by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to give appointment to the petitioner on the post of Prabhodhak in District Baran by considering the all experience certificate of petitioner as valid with all consequential benefits.

iii) Any other order which this Hon'ble Court deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.
The issue involved in this writ petition relates to appointment on the post of Prabodhak for which advertisement was published in the year 2008 and the impugned order was passed on 01.06.2016 and admittedly the petitioner has filed this writ petition after a delay of almost three years.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed
on the ground of delay and laches.
