The matter comes up on an application filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petition as the desired relief has been granted by the District Collector, Sikar by issuing an order dated 17.03.2020 and further lease deed is also executed by the petitioner and both the orders have been annexed with the application as (Annexures—A/1 and A/2).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that relief sought in the writ petition has been granted by the respondents, as such, the petitioner does not want to pursue the writ petition.

Learned Additional Govt. Counsel Mr.Akshay Sharma appearing for the respondents submits that he needs to verify the legality of the order issued by the District Collector, Sikar.
This Court finds that once the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition, as such, the application for withdrawal of the writ petition is allowed.
Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
