Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that entire incident was in respect of dispute between the complainant– husband and his wife. Counsel further submitted that the petitioner being neighbour had gone to sort out the dispute between the husband and wife. Counsel further submitted that the petitioner has not caused any injury which can be termed dangerous to life. Counsel further submitted that the Police after investigation has already filed challan and petitioner is not required for any other purpose.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

Considering the allegations and the role of the present accused-petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, the present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Omprakesh S/o Shri Kanaram Meena, shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No.776/2019, registered at Police Station Shivdaspura, Jaipur, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of alike amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
