Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition has been filed for seeking direction against the police officials for not interfering and harassing the petitioner to run his hookah bar, which the petitioner is running after following due process of law.
This Court finds that the Division Bench in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 2638/2019 (Jan Hitay Jan Sukhaya Vs. The Government of Rajasthan) and other connected writ petitions, has given elaborate directions on 21st August, 2019 and the matters are still pending before the Division Bench.

This Court finds that once the Division Bench is seized with the similar matters, it would not be appropriate for this Court to entertain the present writ petition.
Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to file application before the Division Bench for seeking protection.
Counsel will also file additional copy of the paper book.
