This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the

“It is, therefore humbly prayed that your lordship may kindly be pleased to accept and allow the writ petition of the humble petitioners and:-

By issuing an appropriate, writ, direction or order in the nature of writ of mandamus to give appropriate direction for urgent hearing/speedy trial/time beyond disposal in the pending the Appeal (Annexure-2) unnamed, titled as “Ramswaroop Ghotwal versus the Managing Director, the Jaipur Central Cooperative Bank”, before Administrator/District Collector, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Any other appropriate order or direction may also be passed in favour of the humble petitioners.”

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 17.10.2014 passed by the Jaipur Central Cooperative Bank Limited, Jaipur is pending before the District Collector, Jaipur since 2014. Counsel further submits that the Appellate Authority be directed to decide the pending appeal expeditiously.

In that facts and circumstances of the present case, I deem it just and proper to direct the respondent No.1 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of three months.
