This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the

following prayer:-

“a) By an appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature thereof and Learned Appellate Authority may kindly be directed to dispose of and decide the pending application of the petitioner. i.e. Application dated 15.5.2019 for providing documents and Application dated 26.11.2019 for vacation of ad-interim stay order expeditiously and within one month from the date of order of the Hon'ble Court.

b) Any other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, be also passed in favour of the petitioner.”

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Jaipur Development Authority, Appellate Tribunal has passed the interim order in favour of the respondents No.1 & 2 on 31.01.2017. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has filed an application dated 26.11.2019 for vacation of the interim order. Counsel further submits that the Jaipur Development Authority, Appellate Tribunal be directed to decide the application for vacation of the interim order expeditiously.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, I deem it just and proper to direct the Jaipur Development Authority, Appellate Tribunal to decide the application for vacation of the interim order filed by the petitioner within a period of one month, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

Ordered accordingly. The writ petition stands disposed of.
