The petitioner by way of this writ petition, claims that he should be given benefit of seniority from the date he has joined the post.
This Court finds that there is no cause of action, which has arisen as on today since there is no seniority list placed on record
nor any action of the respondents which can be said to have prejudiced.
The writ petition is wholly premature and the same is accordingly dismissed.
