Learned counsel for petitioner submits that charges have been framed against the petitioner for offences under Sections 419, 420, 451, 177 and 120B IPC and the case is pending trial before learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.26, Jaipur Metropolitan at Sanganer.

Learned counsel submits that as the petitioner is a young student and has been placed in merit for appointment as he was selected by Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. as well as Railways, till case is pending, he would not be given appointment. Keeping the hardship, it is prayed that suitable directions be issued to learned Magistrate to decide the case expeditiously.

Although in normal course, this court is of the view that day to day directions cannot be given to the trial court and it should be left for the concerned court to decide the cases in accordance with

law, keeping in view the special nature of the present case where employment of the petitioner, who is also an accused, is in jeopardy, it is directed that case pending before the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate No.26, Jaipur Metropolitan at Sanganer be decided expeditiously but not later than the period of two months henceforth.

The criminal misc. petition is disposed of.
