The petitioner has filed this petition wherein it is stated by learned counsel for petitioner that prosecutrix, who is present in the court, does not press charges against the petitioner. However, this court in criminal misc. petition would not look into the said aspect unless the prosecutrix gives her statement before the competent court.
The criminal misc. petition is misconceived and the same is accordingly dismissed.
