No one appeared on behalf of the petitioners on the last occasion. This Court directed the learned CJM, Chaumu to submit a report with regard to the decision given by him in relation to the remand order.
In terms thereof, a report has been submitted by the learned CJM dated 17.1.2020 whereby it has been reported that the accused has been discharged vide order dated 17.12.2018. The said report is taken on record.
In view thereof, this criminal misc. petition is rendered as infructuous.
