Counsel for the complainant is present and submits that after investigation the police has submitted a negative final report as against the accused-petitioner. In view thereof, it is submitted that these criminal Misc. petitions have been rendered infructuous.
A copy of the final report is taken on record. Accordingly, having considered the final report, these Misc. petitions are found to have been rendered infructuous the same is dismissed as infructuous.
