A compromise has been arrived at between the petitioners and the complainant with regard to FIR No.327/2019 registered at Police Station Bhagod, District-Jhunjhunu filed by the husbandcomplainant alleging therein that his wife‘s relatives have taken her away.
It is stated by both the counsels that an amicable resolution between the family members has arrived and both husband and wife are living happily and in-laws of the complainant have also been there due sanction to the marriage and a child has also born from the wedlock.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and taking into consideration the import of the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in State of Madhya Pradesh Vs. Laxmi Narayan and Others: (2019) 5 SCC 688 .
I am inclined to allow the instant petition and quash the criminal proceedings registered against the petitioners arising out of FIR No.327/2019. The bail bond, if any, shall stand discharged.
