This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for fair investigation of FIR No. 04/2020 registered at Police Station Sadar, Dholpur for the offence under Section 307 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the material made available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is not being conducted in this case in fair and effective manner and till date, not even a single person has been arrested, therefore, the respondents may be directed to ensure fair, effective and expeditious investigation in the matter.

In the alternative, he prays that the petition may be disposed of with liberty to submit an appropriate representation

before the higher officers to ensure fair and impartial investigation in the case.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits for appropriate directions.

The status report of investigation filed by the learned Public Prosecutor indicates the commission of crime under Sections 323, 341 and 307 IPC, however, in view of the limited prayer, the petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may submit an appropriate representation containing his all grievances before the Investigating Officer or his higher officers for their consideration to ensure fair, effective and expeditious investigation in the matter.
