Both the counsels appearing for the petitioners as well as complainant agreed that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties relating to the allegations under Section 380 and 457 IPC for which there are cross-cases. In both the cases, a compromise has been arrived at between the parties.
In view thereof and taking into consideration the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in the case of State of Madhya

Pradesh Versus Laxmi Narayan & Ors. reported in (2019) 5 SCC 688 , I am inclined to allow this petition and quash the criminal proceedings arising out of FIR N.1/2020 registered at Police Station, Pushkar, District Ajmer. Bail bonds, if any, shall stand discharged.
