Due to outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the lawyers are not appearing in the Court.
Heard Mr. Karanpal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, through video calling as well as learned Public Prosecutor, who is present in the Court.
Counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this bail application with liberty to surrender before the concerned Court.
In that view of the matter, the present bail application stands dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
In case, the petitioner surrenders within ten days before the concerned Trial Court, then the concerned Trial Court may consider and decide the bail application preferably on the same day.
