any injury. Both the parties in this case are family members, residing in the same house. It has also been submitted that due to present situation of spread of covid-19, accused petitioner could not surrender before the learned court below as per the order dated 18.09.2019. Learned counsel also submits that due to death of mother-in-law of the accused petitioner, she may be granted one week’s time to surrender before the learned court below and till then interim bail may be granted.
