This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.699/2019 registered at Police Station, Beawar Sadar, for offence under Section(s) 498-A and 306 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations against the petitioner are for the offence under Sections 498-A and 306 IPC. Counsel submits that the petitioner has three children and was happily married for 9 years and no reasons have come forward to committing suicide as against the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been filed and trial is likely to take long time and during this Pandemic COVID-19 period, it would be difficult to maintain the small children. The petitioner is behind the bars for the last 4 months.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner, but without commenting on merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Therefore, this bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner-Raju Kathat S/o Shri Madan Kathat be released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with aforesaid FIR provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate with the stipulation that they shall comply with all the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) Cr.P.C.
