Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 230/2019 registered at Police Station Sarwad, District Ajmer for offences under Sections 5, 3, 6, 8 of Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Act, 1995.
Heard learned State Counsel.
As per the prosecution story, petitioner was transporting bovine animals for slaughtering purposes. Petitioner is in custody for the last more than six months. Challan has already been presented in the Court and conclusion of trial may take time. Petitioner was not apprehended at the spot.
Learned State counsel has opposed the petition.

However, on a query put by this Court, learned State counsel has submitted that as per the record, petitioner is not involved in any other criminal case.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, it would be just and expedient to order the release of the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
