This bail applicatibn has been filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No.l677/2019 4 . registered at Police Station Sanganer, Jaipur East for the offence under sections 147, 341, 325, 427, 308 and 452 IPC.
It is submitted by learned eounsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in judicial custody 'since 01.12.2019 and no other case is pending against the-petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the matter and prima facie no case under Section 308 IPC is made out. Conclusion of the trial will take long time, hence he may be enlarged on bail.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case but
without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused petitioner namely Nitin Jangid shall be released on bail in FIR No.1677/2019 registered at Police Station Sanganer, Jaipur East on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- together with two sureties of Rs. 25,000/- each to the ,- . -- satisfaction of the ,4 . learned ., . . . :tckl. cdurt with %.
