This bail applicat der section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in 19 registered at Police Station Kardhani, Jaipu under sections 420 and 406 IPC.

petitioner is in judici g and the offences is triable by the Magistra itted that challan has already been filed and no other case is pending against the petitioner. Conclusion of the trial will take long time, hence he may be enlarged on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case but

without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
