In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, lawyers have been advised to refrain from coming to the Courts.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, while not pressing this bail application at this stage, submits that in this case, already 19 out of 24 witnesses have been examined, and therefore, in the interest of justice and speedy trial, a direction may be given to the learned trial court for completion of evidence of rest of the witnesses within a particular time-frame.
This Court, upon seeing the record of the case as well as looking into the circumstances, in which the trial is going on, dismisses the present bail application as not pressed at this stage, with a direction to the learned trial court to complete the evidence

from today, strictly in accordance with law.
