Heard counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
Counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants have been falsely implicated in this matter.
Learned Public Prosecutor assisted by counsel for the complainant has opposed the appeal and submitted that the appellants are named in the FIR and the victim has sustained grievous injuries.
Considering the submissions put-forth by counsel for the parties and looking to the seriousness of the offence alleged against the appellants, I am not inclined to grant the indulgence to the appellants as prayed for.
Hence, the appeal stands dismissed.
