By way of the present Civil Misc. Application processed and registered by the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) on the letter dated 29.01.2020 received from Ms. Neetu Arya, RJS (DJ Cadre), Additional District & Sessions Judge No.2, Jodhpur Metropolitan, it is requested to extend the time period granted by this Court in S.B. Execution First Appeal No. 1/2018, decided on 05.08.2019.
Vide above mentioned judgment, this Court directed the learned Trial Court to re-examine the objections as per the observations made in that judgment and decide the same within a period of six months expeditiously.
The learned Trial Court explained the details of the date(s) of hearing on which, effective hearing was made and various application were presented and circumstances under which, the compliance of the direction given by this Court in the judgment dated 05.08.2019 cannot be made and, therefore, in these

circumstances, the learned Trial Court seeks further three months time for compliance of the judgment dated 05.08.2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the circumstances mentioned by the learned Trial Court, it appears appropriate to allow the application and extend the period by further three months’ time for compliance of the direction given in the judgment dated 05.08.2019.
Accordingly and in view of the above, the present Civil Misc. Application is allowed; and consequently, three months’ further time from today is allowed to the learned Trial Court for compliance of the direction given in the judgment dated 05.08.2019.
