It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants-claimants (hereinafter referred to as "the appellants") and respondent Nom3/insurance company that parties have amicably settled their dispute. As per the compromise arrived at between the parties, respondent No.3/Insurance Company has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.4,00,000/towards full and final

settlement of the award within a period of six weeks from today.
Learned counsel for the parties have jointly submitted that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties. They have submitted a compromise dated 11.02.2020 duly signed by the learned counsel for the respective parties.
Accordingly, in view of the compromise dated 11.02.2020 respondent the appelf$f< towards full and final settlement of awa!rd within a *" d* ?: .y" ,:, %T- **_&a*_ :. period of SIX weeks from today. In case, the InsuranceaCompany
