Learned counsel for the appellants and respondent no.3 submit that compromise has been entered into by both the parties which has been placed on record.
As per memo of the compromise, parties have entered into compromise and it has been decided that compensation amount to the tune of Rs.4,00,000/- in addition to the amount already awarded by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal on 07.02.2011 will be paid. The amount would be deposited within two months from the date of compromise failing which it will carry interest @ 6% per annum from the date of compromise till actual payment.

of.
Memo of compromise will be treated as part and parcel of
the order.
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.
