Learned counsel for the parties submits that they have filed a memo of compromise which has been placed on record.
As per compromise, parties have agreed to enhancement of compensation to the tune of Rs. 20,000/- and Insurance Company would make payment of Rs. 20,000/- in addition to amount already awarded by learned Tribunal.
In view of the compromise, the matter stands disposed of.
The memo of compromise will be treated as part and parcel
of the order.
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.
