Two applications have been filed for withdrawal of Cross Objection, as well as Contempt Petition and one application has been filed for withdrawal of the Civil First Appeal with the prayer to return back the Demand Draft lying with the Court alongwith the application dated 31.3.2014.

All the aforesaid three applications are allowed for the reasons mentioned therein and Cross Objection, Civil First Appeal and Contempt Petition stand dismissed as withdrawn.

Counsel for the non application has no objection if the original Demand Draft is returned back to the counsel for the applicant.

In view of above, original Demand Draft No. 811885 dated 29.3.2014 of Rs. 2,94,000/- lying in the Court's file be returned back to the counsel for the applicant, after retaining a photosotat copy of the same on record.
