This restoration application has been filed for restoration of S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No. 5836/2016. Although the restoration application is within limitation, but an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has also been filed for condonation of delay.
The restoration application is allowed for the reasons mentioned therein and S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No. 5836/2016 is ordered to be restored to its original number.
Since the restoration application has been filed within limitation, as such no order is required to be passed on the
