Defect(s) have not been cured by the petitioner since February, 2017. Petitioner is present in person.
I heard the petitioner and find that this court vide order dated 3.1.2017 has gone into the facts and circumstances in detail and also the enquiry report and no illegality has been found in the enquiry proceedings. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.
The petitioner by way of this review petition has again reiterated the same submissions and seeks review the order. It is settled principle that in review the court should not re-examine the decision rendered on merits.
Accordingly, this court is satisfied that review petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
