Review application appears to be absolutely misconceived for the order of which review is prayed, was made on statement of the counsel for the petitioner that claim of the petitioner in writ application was squarely covered by declaration of the law by the Apex Court of the land in the case of State of Punjab & Ors. Vs. Jagjit Singh & Ors.: (2017) 1 SCC 148.
In case, claim of the petitioner was not found covered by the adjudication supra; review petitioners were required to make a reasoned and speaking order to that effect.
In view of the above, I find no good reason to entertain the review application.

Accordingly, review application is dismissed. However, review petitioners are at liberty to make necessary orders as observed hereinabove.
Interim application No. 538/2019, under Section 5 of Limitation Act, stands disposed off.
