The instant writ application has been instituted by the petitioner seeking a declaration to the effect that the appeal No. 3/2019: Dr. Raj Ishwar D Khare Vs. Dulheram Meena may be declared to be not maintainable before the Commissioner, Devsthan, Rajasthan, Udaipur.
I am afraid such a writ application could not, at all, be entertained.
Accordingly, writ proceedings stand closed with liberty to the petitioner to file objections, if any, if not, already filed.
Needless to observe that the Appellate Authority seized of the matter, would deal with the issues, in accordance with law and make appropriate orders.
