This restoration application has been filed for restoration of D.B.Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.641/14 which stands dismissed in terms of the peremptory order dated 12.2.16 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that on account of inadvertent error on his part, the defects pointed out by the Registry could not be removed within the stipulated period. It is submitted that the special appeal involving identical question being D.B.Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No. 1151/13 “Rajasthan Public Service Commission Vs. Mahendra Kumar & Ors.” has already been allowed by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.3.14.
