The present misc. application has been preferred for reconstitution of the file of D.B.Civil Writ Petition No.1068/2009.
It is submitted that the matter is not listed before the Court since 10th July, 2012 inasmuch as the file is not traceable.
As per office report, the file was sent by the concerning clerk for listing on 29.8.13 and thereafter the same is not traceable.

The fact regarding the file being not traceable was revealed during physical verification in the year 2017 and 2018.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed. The reconstitution of the file is permitted as prayed for.
