The two daughters of the applicant-appellant namely Pushpa Kumari and Dali Kumari are to be married on 06.05.2019. He has moved the instant application for interim suspension of sentences on this ground.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a verification report received from SHO PS Charbhuja, District Rajsamand as per which the factum of the marriage of petitioner’s two daughters has been verified. Learned Counsel Shri Deora has presented the Aadhar Cards of the girls as per which they are major as on date.
In view of these facts, we accept the instant application for interim suspension of sentences and direct that the sentences awarded to the applicant Pratap S/o Sena vide judgment dated 04.03.2017 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Rajsamand in

Sessions Case No.56/2014 (92/14) (CIS No.270/14) shall remain suspended for a period of seven days and direct that the applicant-appellant Pratap S/o Sena shall be released on interim bail for a period of seven days from the date of his release provided he furnishes personal bond in the sum of Rs.80,000/and two sound and solvent sureties in the sum of Rs.40,000/each to the satisfaction of the trial court. Needless to say that after completion of the aforesaid period, the convict petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authority.
