Learned Public Prosecutor has produced the antecedent report and the custody certificate of the appellant on record. As many as seven criminal cases have been registered against the appellant including the present one. The present case was registered against the appellant in the year 2010 and even thereafter, four criminal cases were registered against him while he was on bail.
In view of these facts, Shri Shaitan Singh Bargujar, Advocate does not press the instant third application for suspension of sentences, which is dismissed as such. The appeal shall be listed for hearing on priority basis.
