An interlocutory application (No.01/2019) for withdrawal of the appeal has been moved by counsel representing the parties on the ground that the parties have settled the dispute out of the Court.
The application deserves to be and is hereby allowed. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the fact that the matter has been settled by the parties through mutual compromise, the court fees deposited by the respective parties, if any, shall be refunded to them as per law. Decree be prepared accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
