These two appeals have been filed by the appellants, along with separate leave to appeals, inter-alia, asserting that the judgment and order dated 28.11.2017, passed by the learned Single Judge, granting benefit of relaxation to the writ petitioners and other similarly situated candidates has resulted in their ouster from the select list.
The appellants’ contention is that the amendment in Regulation 3.4.1 brought on 11.07.2016 cannot be applied to the subject recruitment initiated on 12.01.2015.
Today, we have allowed another appeal filed by the State, being D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.1046/2018; State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Indu Bala Kumawat & Ors . and set aside the judgment and order dated 28.11.2017, passed by learned Single Judge. Hence, no separate order is required to be passed in these
two appeals. Both the appeals are disposed of in terms of the above referred judgment in the case of State of Rajasthan & Ors.
