The petitioners’ missing daughter – Mst. “M” was traced out by the police officials after receiving notice of the habeas corpus petition. She was produced before the CWC concerned who has directed that she shall be sent in the guardianship of her father,

the present petitioner. The factual report incorporating this fact is taken on record.
In view of the fact that the corpus has stated before the CWC that she is living with her father willingly, the order of the CWC is affirmed.
The habeas corpus petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Rule is discharged.
