The convict petitioner has filed the instant parole writ petition seeking a direction to release him on permanent parole in accordance with the Rules as per his entitlement.
The respondents have filed a reply to the writ petition annexing therewith a copy of the letter dated 24.04.2019 forwarded from the Office of DG Prisons as per which, the case of the convict petitioner for release on parole was found viable and the recommendation has been forwarded to the State of Rajasthan on 15.04.2019.

We thus, direct the respondents that appropriate orders shall be passed on the recommendation within next four weeks. In case, any adverse order is passed, the convict petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the same as per law.
With these observations and directions, the instant parole writ petition is disposed of.
